The Museum of Valfurva owns a significant historical-ethnographic heritage. Artifacts have been collected during years of hard work and can now be viewed in a new and modern building.
Visitors can learn about the history, culture and traditions of farmers and artisans of the valley thanks to the recreation of the atmosphere of old times and a particularly careful communication and teaching format.
Visiting the museum gives the opportunity to understand how life was lived in the past, both at home and at work . Don't miss the fascinating mill to grind the rye and the oven used to bake bread.
Numerous other illustrations depicting local customs, society, education, religion, mountains, mountaineering and First World War may be viewed throughout the museum.
